The traffic rules of the visited country must be observed.
The track is not closed off and is part of public transport.
There are no special permits that allow a violation of the traffic rules.
There is a sufficient network of filling stations along the route. The corresponding petrol stations are noted in the road book.
The supply of gasoline on a leg longer than the specified range of the vehicle, without gas station, is the responsibility of the service team. Everyone is responsible for the technical condition and service of their vehicle.
The participant is obliged to admit stickers of rally sponsors on his vehicle and to attach them according to the organizer’s instructions.
Stickers of third-party events are not allowed and must be pasted over.
The choice of further own sponsors is free to the participant.
Non-application of sponsorship stickers 500, – €.
The course and the results of the event are published on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram), the Internet (homepage, Youtube) and various print media. The Participant agrees that all images and information material created by each person on and in connection with the rally may be published.
Your own press work is to be coordinated with the organization.
If canceled by the organization: refund 90% of the entry fee until December. From January reimbursement 80%, February 70% and March 60%.

Luggage and vehicle transport
For the transport and storage of luggage or vehicles, the organization and its assistants assume no liability for damage or loss of luggage or vehicles of any kind. The conclusion of a transport, baggage or theft insurance is the responsibility of the participant.
The salvage by organization vehicles is free of charge.
The recovery of motorcycles takes place to the paddock. Cars are towed to the nearest public road. Trucks can not be towed. Mutual help of the truck participants or the service team is necessary here. The recovery is at the risk of the participant. Damage caused by the salvage, not taken over by the organization.
The organization carries several vehicles for the recovery of left-over vehicles. Rescuing from difficult situations also requires the assistance of the participants. No guarantee can be given for a successful salvage. The participant is responsible for costs of the mountains, fees or third party support. He has to bear the corresponding costs. The further transport of defective vehicles from the paddock is the responsibility of the participant.
The participant is warned that until the arrival of medical help several hours can pass, if not find even days. There is no supply possible as in Europe.
The costs for the medical care, by the accompanying physicians, to 500, – € are taken over by the organization.
More complex medical care or ambulance transport by car, helicopter or plane to the hospital or airport are to be provided by the participant. External costs such as hospital, x-ray, computer tomography or similar services are to be borne by the patient. A corresponding health insurance is required. All necessary numbers must be available before the start of the rally of the organization. It is advisable to make sure that this insurance also covers sports competitions.
The participant is not insured by the organization and no race license is included. The participant has to take care of his own risks.
In the case of any repatriation of sickness, the participant must bear or assume all costs incurred by the organization or the rescue service.
The participant participates in the Tuareg Rally at his own risk.
He is solely responsible for civil and criminal liability for any damage caused by Him or the vehicle used by him. It should be noted that due to the international situation, requirements imposed by authorities, unforeseen natural disasters or other imperative grounds of security, changes may occur in routing, location, timing or other changes. This does not create a right to recovery from these changes. The participant has to take over all costs incurred or invoiced to the organization or the rescue service in case of any repatriation.
